Consignment Mission Statement    To foster the growth, development and interaction of Ottawa's urban culture by putting spotlight on local visual artists and fashion designers. This mission embraces all ethnic diversity and creativity for both the young emerging artist/designer and the more experienced established artist/designer.

The Consignment Gallery is a GREAT way to sell your creations if you haven't got a website OR just don’t want the hassle of running one. Your success is my success so I encourage you to spread the word! Promote the site! Promote your stuff!

All Artists and Designers that take part in the consignment gallery will be invited to participate in my group shows and art events. You also get added to my mailing list! (unless you don't want to be my friend)

Consignment Gallery Rules The Golden Rule. You must be an artist or designer located in Ottawa Ontario or in the Hull/Gatineau Region of Quebec. Golden Rule 2. It must be original art and/or original designs! Golden Rule 3. Only 3 Submissions! This applies to designers AS WELL! Golden Rule 4. You must read and sign the commission contracts. Golden Rule 5. There is a 2 month time allowance for sale, after that you must pick up your art/designs.

For Artists: You must send me a JPEG graphic of your artwork with descriptions (title, medium, size, price) and if I okay it, then you must deliver the painting(s) to me, and then I will attempt to sell it for you through my site. Designers: Your (3 or less) designs have to be dropped off to me so that I can check the sewing and quality of your work. You must provide me with descriptions of the garment, size, fabric type and wash care instructions. If everything is GREAT, we both sign n' exchange commission contracts and I'll post a JPEG graphic of your design on my site. I'll also handle shipping, packaging and all the scary fees that come for both artists and designers. SHOW ME THE MONEY! 70% goes to you and 30% gets pocketed by me. If your art or designs DO NOT sell… YOU WILL OWE ME NADA-- nothing!
